Connect PagerDuty to Trustle to get insight into over-privileged accounts and unused accounts, and to adopt just-in-time access management.

Configure PagerDuty

Step 1: Log in to PagerDuty

Log in to your PagerDuty account at https://app.pagerduty.com (or https://app.eu.pagerduty.com for EU customers).

Step 2: Navigate to API Access Keys

1. Click Integrations in the top navigation.
2. Select Developer Tools from the dropdown.
3. Click API Access Keys.

Or go directly to https://{subdomain}.pagerduty.com/integrations/api_keys.

Step 3: Create New API Key

1. Click Create New API Key.
2. Enter a description (for example, “Trustle Integration”).
3. Leave Read-only API Key unchecked. Trustle needs read access to users and teams.
4. Click Create Key.

Step 4: Copy the API Key

Caution

Copy the API key immediately. It is only displayed once.

The key looks like u+x1yz23abc456def789ghi012dmm1234.

Connect in Trustle

1. Go to the Connections page in Trustle from the left menu.
2. Under SaaS Applications, find the PagerDuty logo and choose Connect.
3. Fill in the connection form:
   1. Connection Name: enter a descriptive name (for example, “My PagerDuty Connection”).
   2. API Key: paste the API key you copied.
4. Click Test Connection.
5. After the test succeeds, click Save Connection.
