HubSpot

Connect HubSpot to Trustle to get insight into over-privileged accounts and unused accounts, and to adopt just-in-time access management.

  1. Select Legacy Apps from the left menu in the Development Console.

  2. Click Create Legacy App.

  3. Select Private.

  4. Type the desired app name.

Step 2: Grant the Application HubSpot Scopes

  1. Click Scopes in the app creation window, then click Add new scope.

  2. Select the following scopes:

    • crm.objects.owners.read
    • crm.objects.users.read
    • settings.users.read
    • settings.users.teams.read
    • settings.users.roles.read
    • settings.users.write
  3. Click Update.

  4. Click Create App.

  5. Click Continue Creating.

  1. Get your Access Token after the app is created.

  2. Click the Auth tab.

  3. Click Show token in the Access Token section.

  4. Click Copy in the Access Token section.

  1. Go to the Connections page in Trustle from the left menu.
  2. Under Identity Providers, find the HubSpot logo and choose Connect.
  3. Provide the Access Token you copied.
  4. Click Test Connection.
  5. Click Save Connection after the test succeeds.
